I love the twilight

The sky above the spinney is pale blue before the night

Darkness becomes denser and the shadows form under the royal coloured sky

The sky turns into shades of lilac, pink and violet before disappearing into the darkness with the deepest of indigo

The whole place turns silent in the coming of the dark, like some stark memorial from events that happened years and years ago

This time of day is known as “twilight” it’s something that I try to see each night

It calls to me, deep from within my soul

Something deep and dark but right

Ravens up there

Ravens fly

Ravens high

Up there in the far blue sky

Diving here

Diving there

Flying circles in the air

Oh what comfort they give to me

Their bad reputation, it does deceive

For they’re just birds that fly on by

Whether black or blue like the sky

Who am I?

Know me and the way I am,

I am the ocean,

I am the sands

 I am the sky

 I am the birds,

I am the beast

 I am all words.

I can love and I can hate,

I can kill and create,

I am something and I am not,

I am cold and I am hot.

I am life and I am death,

I am the wine,

I am the bread.

I am wet and I am dry,

I am the hills,

who am I?..…God!

British Landscapes

Willows lining the rivers, poplar lining the fields
A dream of British landscapes
A joy that overfills
Long and winding roads
And undulating fields and hills
Brings peace to mankind
And many summer thrills
When evening comes to settle
See the sunset in the sky
Dreaming of British landscapes
The beauty makes us sigh

avian male or angel

an angel male or avian male

an angel male or avian male

You may not be able to see this clearly as I wasn’t able to get the right lighting for it, but here it is, my avian male or as some would consider it, an angel.

Earth, unharmed, unemptied

The wind washes my face

The light blue sky is a reflection of natural beauty

The windswept sands, warm under foot and I hold my husband’s hand

Dreaming of a time where humans realize that appreciation and protection is all this earth needs

That and good deeds

I usher my little children into this world of paradise

I want them to feel the vibrancy of this world with all their senses

This they need

To feel at one with everything

We are not separate souls living within a separate soul

We are one soul

One planet with one life

Our life

There should be no separation

No difference

Only love

Respect

For each other and our world

That and good deeds

This is what we all need

Planet Earth

Unharmed

Unemptied

the hailstorm

A shower of icicles fall from the sky, they’re like whips upon the skin

A hailstorm has approached the land all buildings we rush in

Nature is confused today; she doesn’t know what she wants

We just have to accept her temper and hide within a sconce

no saving beauty from death

Her eyes shone beneath the moonlit sky

Raven haired and emerald eyed

My love for her means nothing

For she is deemed to stay with him

I cannot save her from the clutches of the grim

The vampire has needs

See the silky blue epitaph across the evening sky, soon to be clouded by twilight within this spirits sigh

A little song I’m singing, about my life back there within the foreclosures of my mind it is better there

My existence is with darkness; my capacity for light is dead

I can no longer withstand the sun, my coffin is my bed

I will walk with strangers and know them well, like friends

But they will never know me, for their life I’ll bring to end

I do this very casually, like the beating heart

I’ll take their lives so swiftly, and tear their families apart

Through grief, if they’re loved

And I’m sorry for their pain

But I need my refreshments, and I’ll do it all again

Miniature angels

Fairies are like miniature angels, flying past us every day

Little wings glowing, sweet little fays

In the shadows they hide, under and behind rocks

Playing tricks on mortals, making us laughing stocks

Fairies are like angels, this much is true

I’ve a feeling you’ve met them, well maybe one or two

Sweet angel faces, happy little smiles

Why don’t you sit and meditate, and talk with them awhile?

Dreaming, playing, swimming, chasing, as little fairies do

Congregating on the top of a hanging horseshoe

Drinking, laughing, always dancing in the steepy glens

Come along and see them, and bring along your friends

Fairies are like angels as I have said before

A lot of fun you’ll have with them for they are not a bore

Fairies are like angels fluttering low and high

Sometimes when they hide they become midges in the summer sky

Angels are full of magic; they’ll take away your woes

For what better place to store them than down some rotten holes?
