Confusing paths

Confusion hits me like fog

I can’t see which way to go

My heart says one thing my brain another

Which path to take? 

This or the other?

So I think about things deep and true

And then the answer came and I knew

The path to take is the path of love

As love is far better than the other stuff

I appreciate the warm embraces

The kind words and happy faces

So why not choose this path right now?

If I don’t I am sure to fail…
