I am a lover of porridge, but my parents weren’t the best makers of the stuff. Prefer honey with mine. Parents microwaved my porridge in water, not best way to have it.
You have to love grayish lard. It tastes great with cinnamon and milk and anything you can find to blend out the gray. Fun rhyme.
